Who we are

Seller identity and registration details will be published here before ordering opens.

For questions about personal information, use the contact page.

Information involved in our service

When you contact us, place an order, or use the portal, information may include:

  • Your name, email, business details, and billing information.
  • The website links and answers you submit in an assessment or video brief.
  • Uploaded logos, images, footage, documents, and any personal information within them.
  • Project messages, feedback, approvals, and delivery records.
  • Payment status, transaction references, invoice details, and refund records.
  • Website and portal usage information, according to the tools and choices described below.

We may also review the public business pages you direct us to when preparing an assessment or project. Do not upload personal information that is unnecessary for the video.

What the forms on this website store

The assessment, contact and quote, fit-call, and cancellation forms store what you type: your name, email, website, message, and any quote or call details you add. With each request we also store a reference code, the date and time, the page you submitted from, and a keyed hash of your network address. The hash is used only to limit spam; we do not store the address itself.

Our staff read these requests so they can reply to you. The website does not send an automatic confirmation email for them.

If you create an account, we store the details you give at registration and the project information you add.

Why information is used

We use relevant information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, manage orders, produce and deliver videos, obtain approvals, provide support, maintain records, and operate the website and portal.

Where information is required for an order, we identify it in the relevant form. Without the necessary brief, contact details, or assets, we may be unable to complete the requested service.

Providers and recipients

The service may involve providers for hosting, storage, payments, email, scheduling, and video production. The full list of providers, what each one receives, and why will be published here before ordering opens. That list will also cover how project data is handled in AI-assisted production and how payment details are handled.

We ask separately before using identifiable client work, names, or logos in our public portfolio.

International processing

Where information is processed and the safeguards that apply to any transfer between countries will be published here before ordering opens.

How long information is retained

Retention periods for inquiries, accounts, project working assets, final delivered files, approval and project records, invoices, and technical logs and backups will be published here before ordering opens, together with the criteria we use to decide them.

Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations or to resolve an active dispute.

Your requests and choices

Security and account access

A description of the security measures we use will be added when it is finalized.

Keep your sign-in email secure and contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your project without permission.

Changes to this notice

We will update this policy when the service or our information practices change, and the final version will be dated. How material changes are communicated will be stated in that version.
