Use your finished video with clear expectations.
This page explains how you may use your final video and what applies to supplied, third-party, and generated materials.
This page describes how standard Explain8 packages are intended to work. The seller details, the refund schedule, and other final legal terms are still being completed, so online checkout stays switched off and no payment is taken. We will publish the final, dated version here before we accept any order.

Standard intended use
After payment in full, the agreed license permits the purchasing business to use its delivered final video on its website, organic social channels, and paid digital campaigns, subject to the asset restrictions disclosed with the order.
The territory and duration of the license are confirmed in your order before you pay.
Tell us the intended placements before production so we can select suitable assets and identify any additional licensing requirements.
Your supplied materials
You retain the rights you already hold in your logo, copy, product images, and other supplied materials. You authorize us and the production providers involved in your project to use those materials as needed to produce and deliver the agreed work.
You are responsible for having the permissions required to supply and use those materials, including permissions for identifiable people, testimonials, and third-party brands where relevant.
Stock, music, fonts, voices, and generated elements
Some parts of a video may be licensed from third parties or produced using AI-assisted tools. Their use is subject to the relevant terms. We disclose project-specific restrictions that affect your intended use before you agree to them.
Stock and generated elements are not necessarily exclusive. A final-video license does not automatically permit extraction, resale, redistribution, or independent use of individual components.
Final files and editable files
Standard packages include final video exports and the supporting files listed with the package. Editable project files are additional and may not be available or transferable for every production method.
Any assignment of rights beyond the final-use license must be agreed in writing. This page does not promise exclusive ownership of third-party or generated assets.
Uses that need confirmation
Ask before ordering if you need broadcast or cinema use, resale, a template product, distribution for unrelated businesses, voice cloning, or a transfer of editable source material.
Portfolio permission
We ask for permission before using identifiable client work, names, or logos in our portfolio. Purchasing a video does not automatically grant that permission. The permission is optional and separate from your order, and specific performance claims or testimonials require separate approval.
Ask about a particular use
Contact us with your intended placement and project details. We’ll confirm the relevant terms before you rely on that use.
