Your package covers one video concept

An order covers one brand, offer, audience, primary objective, approved script, and visual direction. We deliver the same story in horizontal and vertical layouts. Separate concepts, additional runtimes, and new offers need an additional scope.

Before production

Submit your brief and required assets. We aim to provide a script, voice sample, and scene outline within one business day of receiving a complete brief.

You receive one consolidated script feedback pass before approval. Production starts when you approve the script, voice, and visual direction and all required assets are ready.

The first-draft window

For standard packages, your first video draft is delivered within 2–3 business days after those approvals and assets are complete. Your portal records the production start and target date.

This window covers the first draft. Script preparation, time waiting for your response, and the final revision stage are additional. Guided collaboration, specialist work, and custom production use the schedule confirmed for that order.

If a delay affects your confirmed target, we’ll explain the reason and provide an updated date. If you have a fixed publication deadline, discuss it with us before ordering.

Your included video revision

Submit one consolidated feedback list within seven calendar days of receiving your first draft. Ask us before the deadline if you need more review time; we’ll confirm availability and any effect on scheduling.

Included adjustments stay within the approved concept. They can cover pacing, color adjustments, supplied text, pronunciation, and a small number of existing scenes.

A new script direction, different product, changed audience, or substantial new footage may require a quote. We explain any additional price and timing before extra work begins.

Production errors

We correct errors we introduce, such as misspellings, broken exports, missed approved instructions, or production defects, without using your included creative revision round. The creative-feedback deadline does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Revision timing

Standard revisions are targeted within 1–2 business days after receipt of one complete, agreed feedback list. Additional scope or new assets can change the schedule. Your portal shows the revised target.

Final approval

Review both layouts before approving the final video. Your approval is recorded against a specific version. Silence does not count as creative approval.

After approval, we prepare the final exports and supporting files. Changes requested after final approval are assessed separately; correction of our production errors remains separate from paid creative changes.

Localization

Localization begins after the master video and translated scripts are approved and required assets are complete. Standard batches of up to three supported languages target localized drafts within 1–2 business days from that point. Larger or specialist batches receive a separate schedule.

No localization languages are confirmed yet, so production is currently in English only.

File availability

The period for which final files remain accessible, and the period for which working materials are retained, will be stated here and in your order before checkout opens. Retention is also subject to our privacy notice and any legal retention requirements. Download and keep your own copies.
