A few things you might want to know.
What do I need to provide?
Your website, logo, available brand guidance, and answers to the project brief. Product photos, screenshots, and footage are helpful when available. An accurate product demonstration may require supplied images or footage.
Do you write the script?
Yes. We create one script direction using your brief and approved source information. One consolidated script feedback pass is included before you approve production.
What does “2–3 business days” mean?
It is the first-video-draft production window: the first draft is ready within 2–3 business days after approval of the script, voice, and visual direction and receipt of all required assets. The window is counted in business days. Script preparation, your review time, and final revisions are additional. Your portal shows the confirmed dates.
See Delivery and revisions for the full policy.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated script feedback pass before production and one consolidated video revision round afterward. The video revision stays within the approved concept. We correct our production errors separately without using that revision allowance.
Can I use the video in paid advertising?
Our standard final-video license is intended to cover your business’s website, organic social, and paid digital campaigns, subject to third-party asset restrictions disclosed with your order. Tell us about broadcast, resale, or other uses before ordering. See Licensing.
Will the video increase my conversion rate?
We build around your customer objective, but no particular increase is guaranteed. Results depend on the offer, traffic, placement, and other factors. Placement advice is included, and a performance review is available when suitable data exists.
Not sure what your video should say?
Send us your page. We’ll recommend a message, a suitable length, and a place for the video to sit.
