The five steps
You approve the message before production starts, and the finished files stay in your project.
-
Choose your package
Select a 60–90-second Landing Video, an Explainer Video up to two minutes, or a Detailed Explainer up to five minutes. Add confirmed languages or guided collaboration if you need them.
You’ll see the full scope and total before payment.
-
Tell us what matters
Share your website, logo, brand guidance, and answers to a short brief. Tell us who the video is for, what they need to understand, and the action they should take next.
Product photos, screenshots, and existing footage are helpful. You can save the brief and return when you have everything ready.
-
Approve the message and direction
We aim to send your script, a voice sample, and a scene outline within one business day of receiving a complete brief.
Review the facts, tone, pronunciation, and next step. Send one consolidated set of script edits, then approve the direction when it feels right.
-
Approval gate. Production starts after your approvals and required assets are complete.
-
Review both layouts
Your first video draft is ready within 2–3 business days from that point.
Review the horizontal and vertical versions in your portal. The story stays consistent while the framing and text are adjusted for each screen. Send one revision list within seven calendar days of receiving the draft.
One illustrative scene recomposed for 16:9 and 9:16. Scene art, not client work. -
Refine, approve, and download
Your package includes one consolidated video revision within the approved concept. Add timecoded comments and submit them together. Standard revisions are targeted within 1–2 business days of receiving that feedback.
Once approved, download the final videos, subtitles, transcript, cover images, and placement guide.
Your review time is additional. It is not counted in the production windows above.
Keep the project moving
Choose one final approver, check factual claims before approving the script, and combine feedback from your team into one list. If a new idea changes the scope, we’ll show you the price and timing before starting extra work.
Prefer more collaboration?
Add guided collaboration for $149. You’ll get a 30-minute kickoff call, a storyboard checkpoint, and one extra video revision round on an agreed schedule.
